Duties include, but are not limited to: Directing all resident's services including working with County/Insurance pay sources/Rep Payees/Guardians/Conservators/Case Managers Coordinating admission/discharge with nursing Marketing to maintain a robust census and attract qualified employees Positive Team Leader in conjunction with LPN and

for Operations of the site All operations of managing a facility including Menus, Activity Calendar, Budgets, Audits, Survey Readiness, Qaulity Projects Supervising/Mentoring Staff/Scheduling/Hiring/Disciplinary/Evaluations Basic HR duties

• Payroll for approx 20 staff Work Comp, Unemployment, Dept of Labor, LOA requests Report to
• Regional Manager Licensed Assisted Living Director preferred or at least 3 year's experience in LTC/AL leadership/management role or LALDIR
• in process of getting the LALD
• must obtain Assisted Living Director License per the Minnesota BELTSS requirements. Salary listed at based on experience and licensing status
