Shift Availability:

M-F, 8am to 5pm Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership for its skilled nursing operations in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The Community is a not-for-profit, faith-based life plan retirement community serving seniors through independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation. We are looking for a hands-on healthcare leader who can combine exceptional resident care with strong operational, financial, regulatory, and team leadership. Ideal Candidate Active Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, or ability to obtain appropriate Missouri licensure Previous Nursing Home Administrator or senior skilled-nursing leadership experience Strong knowledge of CMS requirements, regulatory compliance, survey preparation, and quality improvement Demonstrated success managing staffing, labor costs, budgets, and operational performance Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain effective leadership teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Experience improving census, quality outcomes, employee engagement, or financial performance is highly valued By submitting this application, you will be indicating your consent to receiving communications from Elite Medical Staffing. #GEO
