West-Central Independent Living Solutions (WILS) is seeking a Full-Time Independent Living Case Manager I to join our team. This position may be based out of either our Warrensburg or Sedalia, Missouri office. WILS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live independently. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community. What You'll Do As an Independent Living Case Manager I, you will: Coordinate and provide case management services for individuals with disabilities. Conduct service assessments and maintain accurate documentation and data related to services provided. Provide information, assistance, advocacy, and referrals to individuals with disabilities. Travel throughout the WILS service area to meet with consumers in their homes and community settings. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency requirements. Collaborate with consumers, community partners, and WILS staff to support independent living goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field. Relevant case management experience may be substituted for education. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the WILS service area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
