We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals in the role of Administrator. Current licenseas a nursing home administrator in the State of Ohio. Knowledgeable of nursing, rehabilitative and medical practices, and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to nursing facility. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, evaluate, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and precedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality resident care and maintaininga sound operation. Strong leadership interest and ability, and ability to act as a resource person. Ability and interest in assisting personnel to develop their personal skills and potential. Ability to perform mathematical functions and evaluate and interpret financial information. Ability to make independent decisions, Ability to remain calm under stress. Ability to read and write English. Ability to communicate with residents, families, personnel, and support agencies. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Must be in good standing with the facility's attendance policy. Must meet all in-service requirements for the position. Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise professional personnel. Considerable initiative/judgement are involved in assigned tasks and resolving problems. Able to motivate, monitor, and train staff. Promote and maintain high standards of safety. Has a genuine interest in providing quality care and services to residents/customers. The ability to work congenially with others. Must facilitate teamwork and be a team player. Must be in good standing with the facility's attendance policy. Must participate in all training and in-service requirements of the position. IND123
