Must have valid OH Administrator license Must have prior experience as a LNHA Must have a background in census building, as well as experience with Vents and a Bargaining Unit Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing Must have excellent leadership skills Must be a self-starter and energetic Proven Leadership & Management skills Strong verbal & written communication skills Responsibilities of the Administrator
