Job Description

Full-Time LTC Administrator Must have: LTC (Long-Term Care) Administrator Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Valid Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license or ability to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and policies affecting long-term care facilities in Oklahoma.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and staffing resources effectively.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Salary:
$25-$45 per hour.
Hours:
40 hrs per week. Position Summary The Administrator of Vinita ResCare LLC will oversee the daily operations and management of our long-term residential care facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication, maintaining financial oversight, and developing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care for our residents. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of Vinita ResCare LLC.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, including healthcare laws and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor facility staff, including medical professionals, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the facility, including budgeting, payroll, and expenses.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to resident care, safety, and facility management.
  • Monitor the quality of care, conduct audits, and address concerns related to resident care, staffing, and facility management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ensure appropriate training and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Prepare and review reports related to operational performance, health inspections, and incident reports.
  • Participate in regular meetings with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff to develop strategies for improving facility services.
Qualifications:
