Full-Time LTC Administrator Must have: LTC (Long-Term Care) Administrator Certification.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Valid Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license or ability to obtain one.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in long-term care.
Strong leadership and management skills.

Salary:
$25-$45 per hour.
Hours:
40 hrs per week. Position Summary The Administrator of Vinita ResCare LLC will oversee the daily operations and management of our long-term residential care facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication, maintaining financial oversight, and developing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care for our residents. Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily operations of Vinita ResCare LLC.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, including healthcare laws and safety standards.
Lead, train, and mentor facility staff, including medical professionals, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
Oversee the financial operations of the facility, including budgeting, payroll, and expenses.
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to resident care, safety, and facility management.
Monitor the quality of care, conduct audits, and address concerns related to resident care, staffing, and facility management.
Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
Ensure appropriate training and professional development opportunities for staff.
Prepare and review reports related to operational performance, health inspections, and incident reports.
Participate in regular meetings with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff to develop strategies for improving facility services.
Qualifications:
