Job Description

Nursing Home Administrator | Wagoner-Rogers County Area, OK We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead and oversee the operations of our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in nursing home management, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional senior care and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Great leadership starts with having the right support behind you. The Administrator is equipped with the tools, resources, proven systems, and competitive compensation needed to confidently lead a community. With a strong foundation in place, you can focus on building a successful team, creating a positive environment for residents, and growing your career in long-term care. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Nursing Home Administration. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and team-development skills. Demonstrated success in facility operations, regulatory compliance, census development, financial performance, survey outcomes, and resident and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across clinical services, regulatory compliance, operations, and financial performance within a Medicare-certified community. Ensure the facility consistently meets applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Stay current on regulatory standards and industry requirements, implementing operational improvements when appropriate. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to strengthen the facility's long-term financial health. Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture focused on quality care, strong teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
