Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in long-term care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, or retirement communities. As the guiding force behind the facility's success, you will champion quality care, operational excellence, and team development. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and resident services Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care tailored to residents' individual needs Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans that address residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive requirements Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations related to long-term care, assisted living, dementia care, and memory support services Facilitate effective communication with residents' families regarding care updates and facility policies Monitor medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare standards Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional resident experiences Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent credential Extensive experience in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living communities, or retirement homes Proven leadership skills with supervisory experience managing diverse teams in healthcare settings Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's support strategies, and memory care best practices Familiarity with care planning processes and regulatory compliance requirements in senior care environments Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operational management Background in nursing or social work is highly desirable; medication administration certification is a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or home & community care is advantageous Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by leading with compassion, expertise, and enthusiasm.
