$67/hr Job Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in nursing home management, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, resident care standards, and operational oversight. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting quality care, operational efficiency, and organizational growth within our facility. Duties Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all applicable long-term care regulations and health policies. Manage and supervise care teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff, to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and assisted living services. Ensure adherence to residents' rights and dignity standards while providing compassionate and person-centered care. Maintain accurate documentation related to medication administration, health records, and regulatory compliance. Oversee financial management activities such as budgeting, financial planning, and healthcare financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility. Coordinate with healthcare providers and community services to support residents' health needs and disability services requirements. Lead efforts in quality assurance initiatives aimed at improving resident outcomes and satisfaction levels. Qualifications Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator in accordance with state or regional licensing boards. Extensive experience in nursing home administration or long-term care management with a proven track record of leadership in senior living facilities or residential care homes. In-depth knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, and compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in managing care facility teams while fostering a positive organizational culture. Strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and resident's rights advocacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized disability services is advantageous. Proven skills in healthcare financial management including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource allocation. Excellent leadership qualities combined with supervisory experience in managing large teams within healthcare settings. Familiarity with home & community care services as well as residential care home operations is preferred.
