Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for quality patient care, and experience managing nursing home operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing home Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Lead and support clinical and administrative teams Monitor quality of care and resident satisfaction Manage staffing, budgets, and facility resources Develop and implement policies and procedures Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Collaborate with department leaders to improve facility performance

Requirements:

Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Washington Previous experience in nursing home/skilled nursing facility administration Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
