Instruction occurs in a vibrant, technology-enhanced learning environment. A successful candidate must be professional, engaging, collegial, and function as a team member aligned to the educational principles of the programs of study. As both programs are CCNE accredited, each faculty member is responsible and accountable to fully engage in program assessment, and in particular, the systematic plan for program evaluation, as a shared and collective voice. Percentage Of Time 80 Responsibility / Duty Responsibilities include service to the University, College, Department, Program, the community, and beyond. Service is integral and includes key functions such as advising and mentoring students, providing service in the form of committee work at all levels both internal and external to the University and Department, professional organizations, leading groups, and more.
