Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Charge Nurse, where you will lead and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This vital role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and smooth daily operations. As a Charge Nurse, you will serve as a key resource for staff, patients, and families, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes safety, quality, and compassionate care. Your energetic approach will help drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of nursing excellence. Duties Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to care plans Assign and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality patient care Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews Administer medications Manage emergency situations Coordinate interdisciplinary communication for discharge planning, case management, and family education Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, long-term care regulations, and infection control policies Experience Extensive background working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care Proficiency in electronic health records Strong knowledge in medical terminology, physiology principles, and diagnostic evaluation techniques Demonstrated leadership skills Join us to lead with energy and compassion—making a meaningful difference in patients' lives while advancing your nursing career through continuous learning and professional growth. Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
