AM Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as our Weekend House Supervisor at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Weekend House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless operations on weekends. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of patients, with varying levels of care needs Supervise and direct staff on weekends, ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Assess patient needs and report critical information to the Clinical Manager, as necessary Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures Lead and participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations Participate in scheduled and emergency meetings with the Clinical Manager and other staff members

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of AL Minimum 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Proven leadership and supervision skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Familiarity with electronic medical records and medication management systems Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
