We are urgently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem LPNs and RNs.

Shifts Available:

12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a).

Daily Pay Option:

Role of Charge Nurse:

Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer and record prescribed medications. Monitor patients' medical information and vital signs. Assist and empower patients in daily tasks, maintaining their independence and self-esteem. Address complex needs typical in geriatric care, involving family when beneficial. Must hold a current Arkansas Nursing License or be a recent graduate ready to obtain licensure.
