Full-Time Nursing Supervisor (AM & NOC Shifts) Diablo Valley Post Acute

Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Nursing Supervisors for both AM and PM shifts to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. Position Summary The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting and mentoring clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced nurse with strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Available Shifts
  • Full-Time AM Supervisor
  • Full-Time PM Supervisor Qualifications
  • Active California LVN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience
  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
  • Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture
