Full-Time | Onsite About the Role We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II to lead operations within a busy Operating Room (OR) environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced OR leader who enjoys team development, patient safety, clinical excellence, and improving surgical operations. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop OR nursing staff and leaders Oversee daily Operating Room operations and patient care Manage staffing, scheduling, and surgical resources Promote patient safety, quality, and infection-control standards Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, and federal regulations Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning Manage departmental budgets and monitor operational costs Lead quality improvement and process improvement initiatives Develop performance reports and track key metrics Maintain emergency preparedness and staff readiness Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve OR services What You'll Need BSN

  • Required Active Oregon RN License
  • Required BLS Certification
  • Required 5+ years of patient care experience 5+ years of healthcare/clinical operations experience 4+ years of leadership experience Strong Operating Room leadership experience
  • Required Acute care hospital experience Preferred PALS Certification ANCC specialty certification Experience with change management and process improvement Healthcare quality, compliance, and regulatory experience Ideal Candidate An experienced OR Nurse Leader/Manager with strong clinical knowledge, proven leadership skills, and a track record of improving patient safety, staff performance, and surgical operations .
