Job Description

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. The RN Clinical Lead Float will function as a working clinical resource and will be responsible for RN-level clinical functions. Will float to surrounding facilities to cover shifts as needed.
Locations include:
San Dimas, La Habra, Artesia, Tustin, and Garden Grove.
SET SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday DAY shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm SALARY Salary range: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour +3 per hour FLOAT shift differential 12-hour shift = 4 hours of overtime pay each shift worked Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hour of OT = $47.83-$51.08 per hour) Full benefits package for FT employees (medical, dental, eye insurance, 401K, HSA, life insurance, etc.)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Serving as the designated RN clinical resource/lead for La Habra and San Dimas facilities. Reviewing patient referrals for admission to facilities and supporting complex admissions and clinical evaluations. Completing or ensuring completion of required RN assessments. Reviewing and finalizing care plans Providing RN-level clinical consultation to LVNs and nursing staff. Reviewing changes in condition and ensuring appropriate clinical escalation and follow-up. Supporting high-acuity and medically complex patients. Conducting focused clinical audits and supporting QI initiatives. Following up on clinical corrective actions and identified deficiencies. Supporting clinical education and staff competencies. Supporting CDPH survey readiness. Providing bedside RN coverage as needed. Covering PTO, call-offs, vacancies, high-acuity staffing needs Be available to go to San Dimas and La Habra within 30 min in case of emergency need Performs other related duties and activities as required Minimum Knowledge and Skills required by the Job The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job:
Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited RN program One year experience working with medically complex individuals.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Current state RN License Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services. Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Job requires performance of duties that involve potential for exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Tasks that do involve exposure are an expectation of employment.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
