Qualifications RN License BLS Certification ACLS Certification Full Job Description Role:

Registered Nurse in the ICU, providing direct patient care in a technically advanced environment.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-tier care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality outcomes. Support specialty education and ongoing competency validation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed RN, with at least 6 months ICU experience or completion of a fellowship. Certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong clinical skills, evidence-based practice, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
