Overview Join Amada Senior Care as a dynamic team as an RN Territory Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, managing a team of caregivers, and networking with healthcare providers, senior living, and case managers. This energetic position combines clinical expertise with strategic sales. We provide non-medical home care and also help navigate senior living options. As a registered nurse, you will perform nursing assessments for our long term care clients and veterans. This position is entirely self driven so a passion for growth, entrepreneurship, and building the Amada Senior Care brand is key. Territories that are required to drive to include Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Greeley. •

QUARTERLY BONUS DISTRIBUTION

•Duties Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share within your assigned territory through proactive outreach and relationship building with healthcare professionals. Manage a team of 75 caregivers where you will provide oversight and managerial duties Weekly orientation for caregivers which includes training, hands on skills lab and ensuring all proper documentation is in place for hire Provide marketing to 25 community partners on a weekly basis so transportation is necessary Manage 50+ families that are on service and help them navigate their care plans by ensuring clear communication, assessments, and interventions as needed Requirements RN degree required Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to effectively present complex information and influence purchasing decisions. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic territory management and enterprise selling techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results within your territory. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within your designated region.
