Every other weekend required Position Responsibilities The RN Charge Nurse provides direct resident care while leading and supporting the CNAs, LPNs, and nursing personnel assigned to the unit.

Responsibilities include:

Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Supervising, mentoring, and holding nursing staff accountable Monitoring residents and promptly responding to changes in condition Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely Ensuring complete and accurate clinical documentation Coordinating care with providers, rehabilitation, and other departments Supporting staff education and professional development Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life Contributing positively to a respectful, dependable, and team-oriented workplace Qualifications Only committed, dependable nurses who take pride in their work should apply.
