Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Dialysis Nurse Manager, ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HWS/Hospital and regulatory/accrediting agency standards, regulations and policies and procedures Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per Hospital policy. Utilizes appropriate resources and hospital policies as the "standard of care" for positive patient outcomes. Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level with minimal direction. To Get Started You Will Need:
