Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on 12-hour shifts. Hours would be 6:00AM-6:00PM. Hillcrest Health in Hawarden is a Skilled Nursing Facility focusing on Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation. We are culturally driven and strive to put our employees first! Job Responsibilities :

Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
