Job Description
Director of Wellness (RN) At Lutheran Living Senior Campus, we are committed to providing exceptional care while creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both residents and employees. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Wellness (RN) who is passionate about leading our assisted living clinical team and enhancing the health, wellness, and quality of life of our residents. Benefits of Joining Our Team Competitive salary Flexible scheduling options Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Retirement plan Opportunities for continued training and professional development A mission-driven culture built on hospitality, stewardship, integrity, respect, and humor® What You'll Do Lead and oversee the daily clinical operations of our assisted living community Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies Promote resident wellness, safety, and quality of life Coordinate staffing and daily clinical operations Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team Lead quality improvement initiatives Assist with planning and departmental goals Qualifications Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required Previous leadership or management experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred Knowledge of assisted living regulations and standards of care Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care Schedule Part-time, 20 hours per week Flexible schedule of either five 4-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts Must be available to take phone calls and provide support when off-site, as needed If you're looking for a rewarding leadership opportunity where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
