See us at www. Givingtreeseniorliving.com. We are located at 1827 bridge street, Dracut, MA. 01826. We are looking for an Experienced Resident Care Director-RN to lead our Wellness Department. This candidate shall be organized, have excellent communication and leadership skills and a positive attitude. Knowledge of state regulations along with the ability to write, implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Supervision of all Nursing, CNAs and Home Health Aides, with monitoring of quality care on a daily basis and providing staff education and training. Responsibilities Manage, direct and develop a comprehensive care program for all residents of the community. On call 24/7 for care issues from staff. Prepare for BHS (Basic Health Services.) Serve as a liaison with family members, community agencies and care providers. Effective and efficient organization and staffing of the Resident Services Department. Monitors the outcomes of Resident Services activities by evaluating staff performance, ensuring compliance with community and State Regulations, and monitoring the effective and efficient use of budgeted resources.

Qualifications RN 2 years of experience in an assisted living environment with management and leadership responsibilities desired. Memory Care experience highly desired.

From $130,000.00 per year
