Responsibilities for RN Supervisor include but are not limited to: Provides directive and supportive consultation to Facility nursing staff. Works with Director of Nursing Services to coordinate training. Educates and monitors activities. Works with Facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care. Evaluates Care Plans and training. Evaluates pressure sores and treatments and makes recommendations. Qualifications for

Nursing Supervisor:

Active MA RN license. 2 year of previous experience in supervisory role in LTC setting. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Rotating weekends

Pay:

$45.00 - $58.00 per hour
