PACE - Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly - brings nursing, primary care, therapy, social services, and other disciplines together under one program. Rather than focusing on one admission, visit, or episode of care at a time, the team gets to know participants over time and works together toward one goal: helping older adults remain healthy, independent, and living safely in their own communities for as long as possible. As the RN Clinic Manager, you'll stay connected to the clinical side of healthcare while stepping into a role where you can have a much broader impact. You'll lead and develop the nursing team, improve how the department operates, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, and help create an environment where both employees and participants can thrive. • Oversee the day-to-day nursing and clinical operations of the PACE program Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of RNs, LPNs, schedulers, and clinic support staff Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and clinical coverage Establish clear performance expectations and create a culture of accountability Conduct employee evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and address performance concerns when necessary Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of clinical staff Partner closely with physicians, providers, and the broader interdisciplinary care team Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings, participant assessments, and individualized care planning Oversee nursing services delivered across the PACE clinic, day center, and community Monitor clinical quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, and organizational standards Identify opportunities to strengthen workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance team performance Manage departmental resources, supplies, equipment, and budgetary responsibilities Serve as a visible leader who promotes communication, teamwork, professionalism, and accountability Help ensure participants receive the coordinated care and resources they need to remain safely in their communities What We're Looking For
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Active CPR certification 2-3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience Experience working with geriatric, frail, or elderly populations highly preferred Leadership backgrounds within PACE, home health, hospice, skilled nursing/LTC, senior living, geriatrics, or similar settings are especially relevant Proven ability to coach employees, navigate conflict, set expectations, and hold staff accountable Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively lead through change and balance multiple clinical and operational priorities Schedule This is a full-time, Monday-Friday leadership position with normal business hours.
