In this role, you will manage the nursing staff, ensure compliance with all regulations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities Oversee the nursing staff and manage daily operations within the unit. Develop and implement standards of care and ensure compliance with state health and safety regulations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary health teams to provide patient-centered care. Manage patient care planning and implementation based on individual assessments. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to clinical protocols. Handle administrative duties, including budgeting and patient records management.
