• Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff throughout the shift Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols Monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and perform thorough assessments Complete admissions, transfers, discharges, and related documentation Communicate changes in resident status to physicians, families, and the care team Maintain accurate, timely charting in accordance with regulations and standards Respond to emergencies, perform critical interventions, and escalate concerns appropriately Participate in ongoing training, in-service education, and quality improvement initiatives Charge Nurse•Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply Schedule 12-hour shifts Day Shift The Right Fit for Our Team Our best nurses are steady leaders, compassionate caregivers, and strong communicators.
