Sunflower Communities is hiring an experienced RN Clinical Site Manager to lead clinical operations at Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia. This is a true leadership position for an RN who knows Minnesota Assisted Living or Memory Care and is ready to take ownership of the people, processes, compliance, and clinical standards behind an entire community. They need a leader who sets expectations, develops employees, recognizes strong performance, catches problems early, and is comfortable holding people accountable when standards aren't being met. As RN Clinical Site Manager, you'll lead licensed and unlicensed team members while overseeing: Resident assessments and service plans Medication management and clinical documentation Changes in condition and incident follow-up Admissions and transitions of care Staff training, competency, delegation, and supervision Quality improvement and clinical audits Minnesota Assisted Living compliance and survey readiness Coordination with physicians and other healthcare partners Clinical standards and day-to-day nursing operations We Need Someone Who Knows Minnesota Assisted Living This isn't a position where we're looking for a strong hospital RN who simply wants to try management. We're specifically looking for an experienced RN leader who understands the realities of Assisted Living and/or Memory Care in Minnesota . You should be comfortable with state surveys, plans of correction, documentation requirements, medication processes, assessments, service planning, delegation, and quality assurance. More importantly, you need to know how to turn those requirements into strong everyday operations. What You Need to Bring Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license Significant Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience Previous nursing leadership or management experience Strong knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations Experience with state surveys and regulatory reviews Experience leading licensed and unlicensed employees Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills Your Next Step Is About the Team You Build You've already proven you can take care of patients.
