LPN/RN Charge Nurse - Full-Time AM Oak Terrace Senior Living in Jordan, MN is seeking a full-time LPN or RN Charge Nurse for our 6:00 AM-2:30 PM shift, working approximately 3-4 shifts per week and every 3rd weekend. Our Charge Nurse is an important part of our care team and provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our caregivers throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include:

Passing medications and performing treatments Providing direction and support to caregivers Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition Collaborating with the DON and nursing team regarding resident care Communicating with physicians, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers Entering and following up on physician orders Messaging providers regarding resident needs and changes in condition Problem-solving and making appropriate clinical decisions Completing required documentation and maintaining accurate resident records Promoting quality, compassionate care for our residents Long-term care, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred, but we welcome new nurses as well. We have had many new nurses join our team and go on to do wonderful work.
