Oak Terrace Senior Housing of Le Sueur is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN / Nurse Manager to join our assisted living team. The Nurse Manager will provide nursing oversight, support direct-care staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities Complete resident assessments and update care plans Monitor resident health and changes in condition Coordinate care with families, physicians, pharmacies, and other providers Provide guidance, support, and supervision to direct-care staff Oversee medication management and nursing documentation Assist with admissions and resident transitions Help ensure compliance with Minnesota assisted living regulations Work closely with the Assisted Living Director and leadership team Qualifications Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license Assisted living, long-term care, home care, or senior living experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership experience preferred Compassionate and dependable We offer flexible scheduling , health insurance, generous PTO, matching 401K and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents and staff.
