Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Monitor residents' health status and document observations diligently. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide compassionate patient-centered care tailored to each resident's needs. Assist with activities of daily living and ensure comfort and safety. Educate residents and families about health conditions and treatments. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in crisis situations.

YOU MAY HAVE TO WORK THE FLOOR AS AN AIDE

Qualifications Valid license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the US. Proven experience in long-term care or nursing home settings. Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Epic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Compassionate attitude towards elderly residents. Knowledge of infection control protocols. BLS certification preferred.
