UNC Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to help coordinate safe, timely discharges for patients with complex nutrition needs, including enteral feeding and TPN. Who are we looking for?

An experienced RN who:

Has at least two years of RN experience Has GI or surgical nursing experience and knowledge of enteral feeding and TPN—preferred Is committed to coordinating safe, effective discharge plans Enjoys advocating for patients and removing barriers to care progression Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Thrives in a collaborative team environment Is interested in beginning or continuing a Care Management career at

UNC Medical Center Education Requirements:

• Graduation from a state accredited school of professional nursing

• Magnet hospitals: BSN required or must be enrolled in an accredited program within 4 years of employment and obtain a bachelor's degree with a major in nursing or a master's degree with a major in nursing within 7 years of employment date.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in North Carolina.

Professional Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
