Empower & Advocate:

Oversee a diverse caseload of up to 22 individuals, creating dynamic, individual-centered programs that support personal growth and independence. +

Lead Annual Meetings & Assessments:

Coordinate and present key assessments ( CFA , POM , SIS ), lead annual review meetings, and present before the Human Rights Committee. + Collaborate for

Success:

Build strong partnerships with Home Supervisors, families, guardians, and Service Coordinators to seamlessly drive admission dates and maintain regulatory compliance. +

Coach & Innovate:

Train direct care staff in behavior modification techniques and help develop innovative service methodologies. +

Maintain High Standards:

Monitor the quality of care provided and maintain clear, professional documentation. Requirements +
