AM Wednesday:

AM Thursday:
2:00 PM•10:00
PM Every Other Weekend:

Your Role As the Evening/Night LPN Charge Nurse , you will provide clinical leadership for the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising nursing assistants and medication aides during your shift. Administering medications and treatments. Completing resident assessments and responding to changes in condition. Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Assisting with admissions, discharges, and physician orders. Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment. Serving as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations. Qualifications Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
