Job Description

Job Title :
Clinical Liaison - Prosthetics (PT, OT, or RN)
Location :
Monmouth and Ocean Counties, NJ Office :
Eatontown, NJ Position Type :
Full-time Salary :
$65,000 - $85,000 base annually (based on credential and experience) + Uncapped Commission and Incentives Manfredi O&P, a privately-owned custom prosthetics practice in New Jersey since 1958, is hiring a Clinical Liaison to cover Monmouth and Ocean Counties from our Eatontown office. This is a field role for a licensed clinician looking to transition from direct clinical work to a role that combines education, sales, and marketing-without giving up their clinical identity. You spend most of your week in rehab hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices as the clinical face of a custom-only practice, and you deliver our approved continuing education courses to the therapists and nurses who care for our patients. We are especially seeking candidates with professional experience in Ocean County, as strong local knowledge and community connections are central to this role. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the company's relationships with physiatrists, vascular and orthopedic surgeons, wound care, SNF and rehab-hospital therapy teams, and home health agencies across Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Schedule and deliver our approved continuing education courses, clinical in-services and lunch-and-learns for PT, OT, and nursing staff on amputee rehabilitation and prosthetic care. Education is non-promotional and available to any facility in the territory. Coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate courses that enhance patient care and increase service awareness. Support patient care initiatives by collaborating with medical teams to create comprehensive plans that align with therapy goals.
Help run our community programs:
Out on a Limb, our amputee support group; the peer-visitor program; and FORGED, our free wellness program for patients. Drive new business and referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with local medical professionals and facilities. Qualifications Degree and active New Jersey license as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or RN. Inpatient rehab, SNF, or home health experience. Working knowledge of Ocean County facilities is a strong plus. Strong background in clinical practice with a keen interest in transitioning to a teaching, networking and leadership role. Proven ability to manage educational programs, with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Comfortable being measured on relationships and outcomes rather than hours. Experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Expectations This role combines clinical education with facility and physician outreach across Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Referrals come from the relationships you build and the courses you deliver. Engage with healthcare providers to generate referrals and promote course attendance, leveraging your clinical expertise and existing network to foster trust and build relationships. Compensation Base salary $65,000-$85,000 depending on credential and experience, plus uncapped commission and an incentive program we walk through at interview. W-2 employee. Health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, travel reimbursement, flexible schedule. Application Process Candidates interested in making a significant impact in the field of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Prosthetics are encouraged to apply. Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your suitability for the role and your vision for impactful clinical education to robert@manfredioandp.com. Include your available times for a preliminary phone screening (20 minutes). Manfredi O&P is an equal opportunity employer.
