SUPERVISOR

•RN Clinical Manager

FULL TIME 80

% remote 10% in the field 10% in office Provide oversight and support to Field Supervisors and Field Nurses. Handle Client/Nurse grievances Assist field nurses with clinical questions Review client care plans Review supervisory documentation and ensure visit compliance. Assist with RN Supervisor interviews and training of newly hired supervisors. Serve as a resource for supervisors. Assist with hospital follow-up, discharge coordination, and client chart compliance. Monitor supervision schedules, competency requirements, and documentation compliance within AlayaCare. Collaborate with the Staffing Manager and recruiting partners to source and recruit Field Supervisors as needed. Clinical Documentation Support (Backup support role) Assist the other Clinical Manager with care plan, medication, and clinical documentation updates (backup support role) Assist with follow up on physician orders, appointments, and/or clinical documents (back up support role) Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within AlayaCare. Provide general clinical support as needed. Provide nurse with education and counseling regarding documentation and clinical skills Counsel nurses regarding their roles and responsibilities as the PDN in the home and at school Perform supervision visit at client's home in the event an urgent visit is required and assigned supervisor is unavailable (back up support role) Qualifications Required Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license 2 years of professional nursing experience 1 year experience in home care, private duty nursing, pediatrics, or medically complex patient care Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with electronic medical records and computer-based documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outstanding clinical matters Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for occasional backup supervisory visits Ability to work remote and independently Ability to work in the office and provide hands on training Preferred Previous supervisory, case management, or clinical coordination experience Experience reviewing plans of care and physician orders Experience working with nurses, patients, families, physicians, schools, and insurance/care-management teams

Pay:

$43.00
