Responsibilities:

As Director of Nursing (DON) / Clinical Nurse Manager, you will: Oversee clinical operations for skilled nursing and personal care services Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs, and CHHAs Conduct assessments, supervisory visits, clinical reviews, and documentation audits Support complex cases, including wound care and infusion therapy Ensure compliance with New Jersey home care regulations, Joint Commission standards, and agency policies Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and survey readiness activities Provide training, mentoring, and professional development for clinical staff Partner with ownership to develop new clinical programs and expand skilled nursing services Build relationships with referral sources and support agency growth

Qualifications:
