Job Description
Welcome to St. Marys Medical Group! We are a small, independently owned primary care office located in Saint Marys, OH. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and friendly LPN or MA to join our team. This position combines direct patient care with day to day office management, and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and is comfortable balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications and Preferences Include:
Valid LPN or MA Certification Previous experience in a physician office, primary care practice, or outpatient setting preferred Experience with medical billing, insurance claims, and prior authorizations Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and shift between clinical and administrative responsibilities Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Professional, dependable, and compassionate Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with electronic insurance and healthcare systems Hours are: Monday- 8:30am-6:00pm Tuesday
- 8:30am-6:00pm Wednesday
- Off Thursday
- 8:30am-4:00pm Friday
- 8:30-4:00pm Saturday and Sunday
