Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision & Training:

Supervise Caregivers and Medication Technicians, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies. Conduct new employee orientation, complete caregiver skills checklists, and lead daily staff huddles.

Resident Care & Service Coordination:

Coordinate and track in-services, maintain an annual in-service training calendar, and ensure consistent performance feedback and coaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor frontline staff Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure environments 2+ years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred Experience in medication management and familiarity with state regulations Prior experience conducting staff training and coaching
