Job Description

Pine View Healthcare is looking for Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are an independently owned facility in Broomall, PA . We are proud to offer in-house therapy, memory care and long-term care services. We offer an extensive mentorship program where new hires are paired with a preceptor who will work ensure you are comfortable on our floor. We love showing appreciation to our staff and host staff appreciation events frequently.
Now hiring:
Weekend RN supervisor 11a-11p/ 10a-10p
RN Qualifications:
Active PA RN license. 2 years of previous experience in supervisory role in nursing home setting. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides directive and supportive consultation to facility nursing staff. Works with Director of Nursing Services to coordinate training. Educates and monitors activities. Works with facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care. Evaluates care plans and training. Trains and monitors all nursing policies and procedures. Works with facility committees on policies and procedures, program development and in-servicing Keeps current and is knowledgeable of new regulations, directives, and QA manual material in order to accurately relay and interpret the information.
