Job Description
The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensuring quality and compliance with physician orders during their shift. Position responsibilities include administering medication, documenting care, supervising staff, following care plans, reporting abnormal findings, managing shift operations, and adhering to safety and infection control practices. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification preferred.
