Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, where your leadership and clinical expertise will elevate patient care across diverse settings. This role offers the flexibility of per diem scheduling while providing the opportunity to oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care across multiple departments, including acute care, long-term care, behavioral health, and specialty units such as ICU, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Oversee patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration, IV infusion, catheter care, and wound management to ensure safety and compliance with medical policies. Manage clinical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or Cerner; ensure accuracy in medical records, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
