Full Job Description RN Supervisor Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care and attention Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of patient care are addressed, including medical, emotional, and spiritual needs Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure that they have the necessary resources and tools to deliver excellent care Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied with the care provided Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team About the
