Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Night Shift At Amaryllis Nursing and Rehab Center, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a difference in care that is unique to the Bonamour Health Group family. We're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor Long Term Care to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to nursing staff Monitor and report on patient outcomes and satisfaction Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies and equipment

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of PA Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
