Job Description

Berkshire Health & Rehabilitation Center in Vinton, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN/LPN House Supervisor. As the RN/LPN House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed. Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support. Assist in training and orientation of new employees. Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols. Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. What You Need Active unencumbered licensure as a RN or LPN in Virginia. Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a salaried/exempt position.
