About Ashley House Ashley House was founded in 1989 by a small group of like-minded individuals who recognized that there was a gap in services available to medically fragile children and their families. Prior to the creation of Ashley House, medically fragile and complex children stayed in hospitals longer than necessary, resided in adult nursing homes or were placed out of state far away from their families. The overall goal of the Ashley House program is to help families cope with crisis by providing a warm, caring environment in which they may learn how to meet the demands of their child's disabilities and illness. Country Home in Woodinville Our Woodinville location, founded in 1997 and merged with Ashley House in July 2024, is a non-profit home providing 24-hour skilled nursing care for medically fragile, technology-dependent children . Similar to our South Sound homes, it is an 8-bed facility dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment to help families navigate challenging times. The Opportunity Ashley House has a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to be an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager plays a crucial role in leading and supporting clinical staff to ensure quality care at the designated House. Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including: Ongoing feedback Performance evaluations Policy and procedure competency and compliance Progressive discipline Interview and hire clinical staff Ensure staff are oriented and prepared for assigned clinical duties Ensure facility and staff comply with state regulations and licensing requirements for care provision Oversee staff scheduling and payroll Assist with staff education and orientation Participate in rotating clinical on-call responsibilities Learn individual client care prior to admittance and educate others on care Educate parents and family members Work collaboratively with other departments and disciplines to meet program, staff, and client needs Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Disability Insurance Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Matching 403(b) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Requirements A Registered Nurse with a current Washington State licensure (RN with a BSN preferred) Three years of clinical experience, preferably home health, pediatrics, and/or young adults Participating in the rotating clinical on-call responsibilities Proof of a valid Tdap, Flu, TB, and
COVID-19
immunizations and ongoing annual updates per licensing requirements. $125,240.00 - $179,840.00 per year
