Job Summary BrightStar Care of Woodinville is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Clinical Supervisor . In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, guide our caregiver team, manage client assessments and care plans, and ensure our agency maintains compliance with Washington State Department of Health (WAC 246-335) standards. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader looking to help build a premier in-home services agency from the ground up, delivering high-quality, client-centered personal care and skilled nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Supervision:

Oversee all direct care operations, client admissions and home health/care plans in accordance with Washington State Department of Health (DOH) regulations

Initial & Ongoing Assessments:

Conduct comprehensive in-home client evaluations, establish individualized care plans, and perform routine reassessments.

Staff Oversight & Mentorship:

Direct and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs), performing on-site competency validations and clinical skills check-offs.

Quality & Compliance:

Direct the agency's Quality Improvement (QI) program, review clinical documentation, ensure infection control adherence, and prepare the agency for state survey audits.

Client & Family Advocacy:

Collaborate closely with clients, family members, and treating physicians to coordinate tailored home care plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Licensure:

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (Required).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within home health, home care, hospice, or community health.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with Washington State In-Home Services licensing rules (WAC 246-335) and survey readiness

Certifications:

Current

BLS / CPR

certification.

Clearance:

Must pass a Washington State

DOH/BCCU

background check and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Pay:

$86,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
