Job Description

Position:

Unit Manager, RN Role:

Lead a skilled nursing unit providing post-acute and long-term care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations Supervise and mentor nursing staff Coordinate individualized care plans Ensure compliance with regulatory and standards Promote a patient-centered culture based on compassion, respect, and integrity Drive quality, safety, and clinical excellence

Qualifications & Skills:
