Outpatient, Part-time Location:
1600 West 40th Ave, Pine Bluff, AR 71603
Shift:

What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and goals Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily living Deliver therapeutic interventions that enhance motor skills, cognition, and adaptive abilities Document patient progress with accuracy and clarity Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapy license CPR certification Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred) Experience in rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required) Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
