Key Qualifications:
Active California Occupational Therapist license (required) Valid BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of acute-care hospital occupational therapy experience Strong communication and patient-engagement skills Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients across a range of acute care needs within the hospital setting Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility standards Educate patients and families about occupational therapy care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy teams to optimize patient recovery
